Menu 2 Thick sliced white and wholemeal bread with luxury fillings to include roast beef, king prawn, oak smoked salmon, sliced breast of chicken, honey roast ham with apple coleslaw, cream cheese with stilton and hummus with roast peppers. 6 triangles per person.
Menu 3 Mini cocktail rolls, finger rolls and mini butter croissants with a variety of fillings to include meat, fish, and vegetarian.
Menu 4 Soft flour tortilla wraps with fillings too include roast chicken with caesar dressing, honey roast ham with mature cheddar cheese and apple coleslaw, Tuna mayonnaise with seasonal salad, double egg mayonnaise with rocket leaves and cresses.
